These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the mobile applications ("Service" or "App") provided by Khicomro ("we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to our Wallpaper and Trivia Quiz applications available on the Google Play Store.

By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. License to Use Khicomro grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person via the App.

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose.

  • Copy or distribute the content (Wallpapers/Quiz Data) outside of the features provided by the App.

2. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to code, design, text, graphics, and quizzes) are the exclusive property of Khicomro and its licensors.

  • Wallpaper Content: Wallpapers provided are for personal use only. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content viewed or downloaded through the App.

  • Trademarks: "Khicomro" and our App logos are trademarks of Khicomro.

3. Subscriptions and Payments Some features of the App (e.g., "Premium Video Wallpapers," "Ad-Removal") may require a paid subscription.

  • Billing: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.

  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Google Play Account Settings after purchase.

  • Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

  • Cancellations: Canceling a subscription will stop the auto-renewal, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Third-Party Services and Ads Our Service is ad-supported and integrates with third-party providers (as detailed in our Privacy Policy), including but not limited to Google AdMob, Appodeal, OneSignal, and Firebase. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. Interaction with these ads is at your own risk.

5. Privacy Policy Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

6. Account Termination and Data Deletion (NEW) You may stop using the Service at any time. Khicomro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.

  • Requesting Deletion: If you wish to delete your account or request deletion of personal data collected via the App, you must submit a request via the contact email provided below.

  • Data Retention: Upon termination or deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data as required by law, except for data necessary to comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax, audit), resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Khicomro makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khicomro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
