Terms of Service for ColorMori

Welcome to ColorMori, a coloring-by-number game developed by Khicomro ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ColorMori (the "Game"), including when played on CrazyGames or any other distribution platform. By playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or playing ColorMori, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.
2. Description of the Game
ColorMori is a free-to-play HTML5 coloring-by-number game in which players unlock and complete artwork, earn coins, use hints, and track achievements. Game progress (achievements, coin balance, hints, and colored artwork) is saved locally on the player's device/browser, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
ColorMori is intended for a general audience and does not require account registration or age verification, as no personal information is collected. If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you should have your parent or guardian's permission to play.
4. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play ColorMori for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or assets of the Game
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Game or any part of it
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Game's code, servers, or hosting platform
5. In-Game Items (Coins, Hints, Achievements)
Coins, hints, achievements, and artwork progress are virtual, in-game items with no real-world monetary value. They:
- Cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to another player or platform
- Are stored locally on your device and may be lost if you clear browser data, switch devices, or switch browsers
- May be reset, modified, or removed at our discretion, including during game updates
6. No User Accounts / No Personal Data
ColorMori does not require or support user account creation and does not collect personal information. Because progress is stored locally, we are not able to recover, transfer, or restore your progress if it is lost due to browser cache clearing, device changes, reinstallation, or similar events.
7. Future Updates (Ads, Analytics, SDKs)
ColorMori does not currently display advertisements, run analytics, or use any third-party SDK. We may introduce such features in a future update (for example, integrating the CrazyGames SDK for advertising or analytics). If we do, these Terms and our Privacy Policy will be updated in advance to reflect the change, and continued use of the Game after that update will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Third-Party Platforms
ColorMori may be distributed via third-party platforms, including CrazyGames. Your use of such platforms is also subject to that platform's own terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or practices of third-party platforms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content in ColorMori — including artwork, graphics, code, characters, names, and design — is owned by Khicomro or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
ColorMori is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Khicomro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data (including loss of game progress), arising out of or related to your use of the Game.
12. Changes to the Game or Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ColorMori (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Game at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other players, us, or third parties.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Khicomro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. (You may wish to specify your country/region here.)
